Latin Lex has joined efforts with an European multinational pharma company towards the company’s access to the Venezuelan market through a thoroughly studied business strategy.  So far, we have completed (i) the study on the relevant regulatory and intellectual property legislation; (ii) the due diligence of the local distributors; and (iii) the production of an international licensing agreement according to the local requirements.
